Conformation Classes

Visit our Class Calendar for dates, times & prices.

The conformation classes at BOTC are set-up in a “Run Thru” structure. Drop in at any of our scheduled times to work on your skills. In our classes you can prepare for an upcoming show, practice with a dog that needs a little extra help, start teaching a new puppy the art, or simply to work on your skills as a handler. This format provides you the opportunity to practice showing your dog in a non-stressful, relaxed environment.

While our run thru format is not structured as a formal class, it will afford you the opportunity to work on whatever issues you or your dog may be working through. Our instructors have many years of experience showing in conformation and are here to offer tips on how to stack, gait and present your dog in a show situation.

Classes are for any level student – whether you are a first time handler or have years of experience – we all have to start somewhere! For those that are beginners, please let your instructors know so they can get you started on the best way to polish your dog and get you ready for a show.
